The Team TitanZ Membership combines plumbing and HVAC into one plan, adds priority scheduling and a monthly diagnostic fee waiver, simplifies discounts with clear annual limits, and reduces the need for multiple memberships.
If you are an existing TitanZ member, nothing changes for you right now. You will keep your current membership, your existing benefits remain the same, and your membership will continue through the end of its current term. You are not required to switch to the Team TitanZ Membership.
Existing members will continue paying the price of their current membership until it expires. The Team TitanZ Membership is offered at $399 annually for new enrollments or renewals after a current plan ends.
Annual discount caps allow us to continue offering fair and competitive pricing, sustain the program long-term, and still provide meaningful savings on common repairs. Most members never reach the annual discount maximum.
Each month, members receive one waived basic diagnostic fee when service is performed. This benefit resets monthly.
Yes. Complimentary filter changes are included as a service, but HVAC and whole-house filters must be supplied by the property owner.
Existing memberships will remain active until they expire. The Team TitanZ Membership will be available at renewal or for new customers.
Yes. Memberships may be canceled at any time. If membership services have already been used, a prorated adjustment may apply.
Memberships are tied to the serviced property and are not transferable.

Your water heater is not something you think about often. Most people think, as long as it’s working as intended, it’s not necessary to keep an eye on it and you assume that you’ll always be able to get as much hot water as you need.
Unfortunately, water heaters don’t last forever. There could come a time when your water heater is in need of repair. Of course, there may come a time when you need to remove your old unit and replace it with a new one.
If you’re having trouble with your water heater installation, don’t waste any time taking action. It’s important that you have access to hot water, as you use this for everything from bathing to washing your clothes (and that’s just the start).
As you can imagine, a water heater consumes quite a bit of energy. For this reason, you don’t want to skimp when it comes to maintenance. With a regular maintenance/ service schedule, you can rest assured that your unit is running as efficiently as possible. Furthermore, proper maintenance can help extend the life of your water heater, thus saving you both time and money.
One of the first questions is are you on city water or well water? Water heaters only have a lifespan of 6 to 10 years in Southwest Florida. So, as your unit gets close to the 10-year mark, it’s important to pay close attention to any changes.
Are you finding it difficult to get the amount of hot water you need or even once had? Is your unit rusting or showing any signs of leaking? While you can sit back and hope nothing goes wrong, this isn’t always the best idea. Here’s why: if your water heater fails, it could leave you in a bind. For example, you could find yourself without hot water until a new unit is installed. Even worse, your tank could burst open, thus causing damage to your home.
If it’s time to replace your water heater you may want to consider a couple options. You want to go back with a regular style water heater to keep things simple and get hot water back on as quickly as possible.
But if you have time you could consider a Tankless Water Heater. When compared to a traditional style storage tank water heater, with a tankless water heater you have access to an infinite amount of hot water. Even better, a tankless water heater takes up less space, as it simply mounts to your wall.
Also a tankless water heater can reduce your electric bill because it only heats the water when you open a hot side on a fixture. With this option you will most likely need an electrical upgrade of some sort of level, an electrician can give you an estimate for this portion and we can work together when it comes to scheduling.
For homes that use 41 gallons or less of hot water daily, demand water heaters can be 24%–34% more energy efficient than conventional storage tank water heaters.

Water Heater Capacity: Don’t buy a water heater bigger than you need. Some considerations; Do you have a large bathtub you need to fill? How long do you like your showers? How many people normally occupy the property on a regular basis and also throughout the year?
Water Heater Efficiency: A more efficient water heater may increase the amount of hot water that can be used when you need it.
Water Heater Cost: It may be tempting to look for a water heater that is less expensive and ignore the operating cost. This is a poor strategy. Often the least expensive water heaters are the most expensive to operate. Also a less expensive water heater may be more likely to fail sooner than expected causing more unwanted expenses.
