My parents in Nokomis had a plumbing issue we needed to have taken care of today. We called 3 places, prior, who couldn't do the repair until tomorrow or beyond. I called TitanZ and spoke with Julie. Highly recommend Titanz! Ben came out originally to scope the line and recommended hydro jetting and line replacement for piping that was outside the home. Matthew did a great job of checking our AC unit. He even put in the furnace filter that I had on hand. Matthew did a great job of replacing our whole house water filtration filters. They were courteous and cleaned after they were done.
We just had Daniel install 4 shutoff valves in our master bathroom sinks. He did a great job! He was quick and thorough. He left the cabinet in clean condition. I would recommend Titanz for any plumbing job.

Alex was here for emergency repair today on Sunday for clogged toilets. He determined the problem was outside the building and did his best to open the line, but he had to order a bigger machine to hopefully be here tomorrow. Update: Since this first review was written, we have had several more occasions to call on TitanZ and we’re still pleased with the service they provide. Tommy was here last week to install a new toilet. They always show up when they say they will! We are now using them for our HVAC needs as well as our plumbing.

He went promptly to work and determined he needed some additional parts, which he obtained and finished after about 1 and 1/2 hours. He tested both pipes, which were replaced, and then received payments. He was very professional and communicated well with us.

Seamless Manabloc Panel Replacement
Replacement of the 20-plus-year-old Manabloc panel went seamlessly. Joe took care to cut the drywall neatly so we could reuse it and he kept the drained water contained, so there was no mess. Kind of expensive but the work was professionally done so we have no complaints. Repair already underway!
