Flat Rate Pricing
TitanZ Plumbing & Air Conditioning uses a flat rate pricing policy for our projects.
We do not believe in hourly rates. Our customers know exactly how much their service will cost before we get started. In this way, consumers can save money by getting a flat rate guarantee, with no surprise fees. Give us a call today to ask about our flat rate pricing for Charlotte County plumbing projects. We also offer these flat rate prices to Lee and southern Sarasota counties as well.
Flat Rate involves charging a customer for a job through an agreed price instead of itemizing the bill and charging time and material. A flat rate charge encompasses time, travel, parts and materials for the job. Flat rate pricing allows consistent billing, fewer math errors, pricing before we fix it, customer agreement and technician tracking.
Flat rates include all materials and labor for installations under normal circumstances.
**If additional material and labor are necessary to bring something up to “code” or unusual circumstances, there will be additional charges for those improvements.
